Batch-wise stock & FEFO
Every batch with expiry, MRP, PTR, PTS and purchase cost. Billing picks the earliest-expiry batch and tops up from the next one automatically. Expired batches are blocked at the counter.
Purchase entry
Supplier bills with batch, expiry, free quantity, discount and GST (IGST for other states). Net cost per pack after scheme, supplier dues and payments against the oldest bills.
Expiry & breakage returns
Expired, ≤ 30-day and near-expiry lists with value at risk. Return to the supplier with a printed debit note (adjusted against dues) or write off with a manager PIN.
Short book & purchase orders
Items below minimum stock plus what customers asked for. One purchase order per supplier — print it or send it on WhatsApp; receive it straight into purchase entry.
Schedule H1 / X / NDPS registers
Doctor, reg. no., patient and address captured at billing; registers print themselves. Doctor-wise prescription sales report included.
Prescriptions & refills
Save prescriptions as they arrive and dispense them into a bill. Refill plans work out the run-out date from dose and quantity and remind the patient on WhatsApp.
